Professional, Knowledgeable and Responsible.

Kati worked with us tiredly for months! She was so diligent and committed. We had a very difficult home buying process and we always felt beyond supported and helped by her in every way possible. Through one of the most stressful experiences, she helped to guide us and maintain some level of calm and reassurance. She was always very timely and responsive to us. She has great energy and is exactly who you want in your corner!

Kati was always giving it her all! This was my first time buying a home, and she was there to explain every step of the process, no matter how neurotic I was being. Anytime I had a question for Kati, she was able to give clear, concise answers, in a very timely manner. Kati was always on time, and would usually get to showings a bit ahead of time just to pre-check the house, which was fantastic for someone with limited time off of work. Kati was always quick to point out issues that I may have missed, and was always upfront and honest with potential issues. It never felt like she was trying to steer me to more expensive houses, and she definitely worked hard to find houses in or under my budget. When we finally settled on a house to make an offer on, Kati went above and beyond, and graciously came over on her day off to help me with some work that needed to get done before an inspection. She was also able to help with referrals to several handyman who could help with issues around the house. All said and done, Kati is a wonderful, genuine, professional agent, who clearly has the best interest of her clients at heart. If I wind up moving for whatever reason, Kati will definitely be the first agent I reach out to!

When looking for a real estate agent, I went through a formal interview process, pouring through 20 pages of Zillow's listings and selecting several candidates. Of the finalists, Kati demonstrated all the qualities from my interview criteria: a true property and realty expert, an expansive referral network of contractors, an authentic advisor, and excellent client advocacy. Not only was Kati on top of her game , she made sure lenders, lawyers, and the listing agent were held to a higher standard. I've never experienced such quick responses and attentiveness from a relator. Kati really cares and wants you to be 110% satisfied. Not only was she incredibly professional, when the seller had multiple offers she knew EXACTLY what to say to the listing agent to make the sale go my way. Now I'm in the place I wanted , at the price I wanted, and my son and I are incredibly thankful we had her fighting for us! And after all that she also helped my cousin buy a home locally all the way from California! In a regular market Kati is a home run, but to have that kind of quality service in this insane market, she's a grand slam! Highly recommend!
